Description
Laptop Technical Support service for a period of up to 30 minutes in Online mode.
The service shall be provided by Retaillz Tech Team Expert via Remote Control. This service is called Laptop repairing Service, or Laptop repair service or Laptop Troubleshooting, or computer repairing, computer repair service.
The services include fixing of any software or settings problem.
Steps to avail the service
- Order the service from our website or our platform and make the required payment.
- Go to “My Accounts” Section and Click on “Support Tickets”.
- Specify the issue faced and click submit.
- Our team will get in touch with you for a proper resolution for laptop repairing.
Please Note:
- The services does not include providing keys or serials of any software.
- It does not include fixing any hardware related issue.
- The issue shall be resolved via remote control through Team Viewer or AnyDesk application. Team Viewer can be downloaded Here, AnyDesk can be downloaded Here.
- An active and high speed internet connection is required for resolving the issue.
- Customer has to bear the internet expenses for his/her laptop or desktop.
- It does not include removing or breaking passwords.
- You must have the legal and obligatory rights for allowing us to fix or make any changes to the connected device.
- If the time slot of 30 minutes exceeds during the troubleshooting, you have to make payments for subsequent slots of 30 minutes.
- The service is Retaillz Safety Assured. You would absolutely see every change that is being made to your computer software or settings.
- You are required to change the password of the remote control app or software after our session closes to release of any claim in case of any untoward incident.
