Linux Installation on Laptop or Desktop Computer – Ubuntu | debian | fedora etc

The service shall be provided by Retaillz.com Tech Team Expert. This service is called Linux Installation Service, or Laptop Operating System Installation Service or Laptop Formatting Service.

The services include

1. Analyzing installed Disk drives and Short Stroking the boot device
2. Creating Partitions on HDD or SSD
3. Installing a Linux Operating System of your choice subject to hardware support.
4. Installing Drivers (only if supported by publisher).
5. Installing frequently used Freeware Software.
6. De fragmenting Linux Installation Drive in case of HDD only.

Steps to avail the service

1. Order the service from our website or our platform and make the required payment.
2. Go to “My Accounts” Section and Click on “Support Tickets”.
3. Visit our Office for Linux Installation.

Please Note:

1. The services does not include providing keys or serials of any Operating System or any other any software.
2. For activating any Operating System or other application software, Customer has to purchase a Licence at his/her own expenses.
3. It does not include fixing any hardware related issue.
4. The Operating System shall be Installed at our office or our Labs.
5. If any other support related to captioned service is required, it shall be resolved via remote control through Team Viewer or AnyDesk application. Team Viewer can be downloaded Here, AnyDesk can be downloaded Here.
6. An active and high speed internet connection is required for resolving the issue via remote control.
7. Customer has to bear the internet expenses for his/her laptop or desktop.
8. It does not include removing or breaking passwords.
9. In some cases, drivers might not be installed like when the vendor or publisher has not made drivers available or windows has blocked installing drivers for some hardware which can not be changed.
10. You must have the legal and obligatory rights for allowing us to fix or make any changes to the connected device.
11. If the time slot of 30 minutes exceeds during the troubleshooting, you have to make payments for subsequent slots of 30 minutes.
12. The service is Retaillz Safety Assured. You would absolutely see every change that is being made to your computer software or settings.
13. You are required to change the password of the remote control app or software after our session closes to release of any claim in case of any untoward incident.
