You don’t need a website to start selling on Retaillz Marketplace. Once you complete registration, you will have access to the Seller Dashboard or Store Manager Platform using which you can list your products for sale on Retaillz. You will receive your custom Store link in the form: If your business name is AG Mirrors

After a proper review of your store performance, you will receive a store link in the form:

www.agmirrors.retaillz.com

We will clearly indicate on our product detail pages and offer listing pages that the product is sold by you and the invoice may also carry your business name.

Anyone having a registered business who can sell new and genuine products is welcome.

Your choice. You may use your own delivery agents or deliver in person or use challan as a shipping method. But you must take collect Proof of Delivery to support your delivery in case of any claim.

You can also use a trackable courier partner.

As a seller, you will set the price of your products. Setting a reasonable and competitive price is good for your business.

No. Listing your products on Retaillz.com is absolutely free. Retaillz does not charge anything for listing your catalogue online. There are no annual or monthly charges for sellers.

You only pay a small commission for what you sell.

You are required to have a minimum of 1 listing (unique products) to start selling on Retaillz.

A seller can have unlimited number of product listings on Retaillz.

Returns & Refunds

Buyer has to create a return request for his/her order from Retaillz Marketplace. Pack the item properly with all tags intact and despatch the product to the Seller’s address or drop the parcel at the Seller’s Store.

After the arrival of the item at the Seller’s Store, the seller after checking the item confirms the same to Retaillz for processing of the refund to the buyer. The amount would be refunded to the buyer via the same payment method. In case of Cash on Delivery orders, no payment is to be made.

If the returned item or parcel has arrived late at the Seller’s Store for which a refund has already been issued, the seller would be reverse charged or the amount would be adjusted in the next billing cycle, subject to a maximum delay of 5 calendar days.
