Shipping Policy
This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is does not require any physical or digital signatures.
Retaillz Mart assures shipping for all the products that you order subject to fulfillment of terms and conditions listed herein under shipping Policy document.
We ensure this by bringing together critical elements of shipment such as Packaging, Timely Delivery, Order Status Updates, Communications from buyer, Communications from Seller, Communications from Retaillz Mart and Support from our trusted Logistics Partners. So once you have placed an order, be rest assured as we will look after everything. Also, timely delivery of the order is our utmost priority however, actual delivery depends upon availability of the product with the merchants, your shipping address, etc. We have availability of few Courier, Logistics and Transport Partners to assure that you receive your order on time. Each order is usually processed in 2-3 days and not later than 7 days and we update you at every step, i.e. when the order is placed, processed, ready, shipped, and delivered. The product shall be dispatched in 2-3 business days not later than 7 days and shall reach you normally in under 7 days post dispatching the order. In case of local pickup, you can take the pickup product at any time from seller’s store

In case the parcel is held at customs, it is the responsibility of the buyer to clear the parcel from custom offices.
Right now, shipping is available to selected PIN codes of Kashmir only.
At present, Sellers dispatch the parcels by way of Challan or their delivery agents deliver the consignments/parcels. More shipping methods will be added in the future. In Sha Allah.
The shipping cost, if applicable, is mentioned on the product page. The amount that you pay while placing the order at Retaillz Mart would include the product and courier charges.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the amount to be paid is mentioned on the package. It is the same price that is displayed while placing the order. You are required to pay an extra amount of Rs 10 for each order as cash handling charges at the time of receiving the COD order.
If you have ordered CCTV Setup with installation, it will be delivered and installed at the proposed site. Our technician will visit the proposed site with equipment to complete the installation. The installation of CCTVs is chargeable as per the rate list issued by government. The rate of installation at present is fixed at Rs 500 per camera, whether indoor or outdoor. If the installation charges have not been paid with CCTV Setup, the customer has to pay these charges on the same day of installation. In no way shall the charges be paid to technician whether in cash or via electronic transfer.
You may request for change of address as long as the order is not packed and ready for shipment. You can track the status of your order from Retaillz Mart ‘My Account’ section or from here.
If the order is not yet ready for dispatch, you can change your shipping address from ‘My Account’ section or here.
If your current order has already been shipped, you can still update the address in your Retaillz Mart Addresses for future orders. To edit an existing address that is saved in your Retaillz Mart Account, kindly visit the ‘Addresses’ page and click on ‘Edit’ or ‘Add’ as per your choice. After you have made the required changes in the Address, click on ‘Save’.
